Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat 9-11 patients daily with personalized care plans
- Work with diverse diagnoses including orthopedic, total joint, vestibular, and neurological conditions
- Collaborate with PTA team members to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system
- Provide balance and vestibular rehabilitation services
- Develop treatment strategies that help patients regain mobility and independence
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapy license required
- BLS certification needed
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Strong clinical skills in outpatient physical therapy settings
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities

- Outpatient physical therapy expertise
- Orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation knowledge
- Vestibular and balance assessment skills
- Cerner EMR documentation proficiency
- Patient-centered care approach
