Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and trauma patients across PCU and Med/Surg units
- Administer chemotherapy and manage complex medication drips including heparin and cardizem
- Monitor ventilators and perform hemodynamic assessments to keep patients stable and comfortable
- Collaborate with an amazing multidisciplinary team of PT/OT, case managers, and educators
- Float to sister units when needed while maintaining the same high standard of care
- Champion hourly rounding and patient experience initiatives that truly make a difference
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ONS/ONCC chemotherapy certification required
- At least 1 year of PCU or oncology nursing experience
- EPIC experience within the last 6 months preferred
- First-time travelers welcome to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Chemotherapy administration and oncology nursing expertise
- Ventilator management and advanced hemodynamic monitoring
- Strong assessment skills for mixed PCU and Med/Surg patient populations
- Ability to titrate drips such as insulin and cardizem
- Comfort working with diverse cultural, religious, and economic patient backgrounds
- Team-first mindset and genuine passion for patient care
