Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult patients on a busy Progressive Care Unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry to keep patients safe
- Titrate drips such as Heparin, Octreotide, and Insulin with precision
- Collaborate with a dynamic team during frequent admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Float to Med/Surg, ICU, or ED when your skills match patient needs
- Support patients through cardiac and stroke recovery journeys
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong telemetry interpretation and drip titration skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
- Safe drip titration practices
- Quick adaptation to high-flow admissions and discharges
- Clear communication with patients and the care team
