Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families in need
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Support clients through challenging life transitions with evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Document clinical progress and maintain accurate patient records
- Facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops to promote mental wellness
Qualifications
- Current California license as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychologist
- Strong clinical skills in mental health assessment and treatment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member

- Mental health therapy techniques and best practices
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies
- Electronic health record documentation
- Cultural competency and sensitivity
