Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in an urgent care setting
- Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatment needs
- Administer medications and perform clinical procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families on care instructions and follow-up
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS certification required
- Previous urgent care or emergency experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and triage
- Medication administration
- Wound care and minor procedures
- Electronic health records documentation
- Patient education and communication
