Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult patients on a busy Progressive Care Unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry for cardiac and stroke patients
- Titrate drips including Heparin, Octreotide, and Insulin as needed
- Collaborate with a supportive team to manage frequent admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Float to Med/Surg and other hospital areas based on patient needs and your skills
- Work alongside nurse aids, patient care techs, and unit support staff to deliver excellent care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong telemetry interpretation and drip titration skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to float to ICU/ED for appropriate patient assignments
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
- Drip titration experience
- Comfort with high patient turnover and fast-paced environments
- Ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythms independently
