Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule with weekend requirements based on unit needs
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to patient needs
- Administer medications and titrate drips including Heparin and Cardizem
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and recovery plans
- Float as needed to support hospital-wide patient care excellence
Qualifications
- Active WA or Compact RN license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of acute care clinical experience
- Comfortable reading telemetry strips and managing cardiac drips
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
- Medical-surgical nursing with overflow patient populations
- Managing isolation precautions and end-of-life care
- Working collaboratively with CNAs and Charge Nurses
- Adapting to floating assignments across units
