Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain mobility and independence through personalized therapy plans
- Assess and evaluate patient conditions to create effective treatment strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize recovery outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for continued progress
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in Texas
- Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
