Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as ordered
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida or compact state
• BLS certification required (AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in EHR systems and patient monitoring technology
