Shift Type: Monday (overnight into Tuesday), 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry and cardiac rhythms, recognizing changes early and acting promptly
Deliver bedside nursing care with compassion and clinical precision
Assess patients, document findings clearly, and communicate changes to the care team
Administer medications, IV therapies, and ordered treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
Provide patient and family education to promote understanding and recovery

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted RN license in California (required)
Telemetry nursing experience preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced certifications such as ACLS preferred
Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Active RN license in California required

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
Medication administration and IV therapy skills
Proficient documentation in electronic health records
Ability to triage, escalate concerns, and respond to urgent situations
Patient-centered communication and family education
Time management and multitasking in high-acuity environments
