Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in a behavioral health setting
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and coping strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of psychiatric nursing principles and interventions
• Ability to de-escalate and manage crisis situations
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Empathy and patience when working with diverse patient populations
• Team collaboration and adaptability
