Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage supplies
• Take and develop dental X-rays with attention to safety and accuracy
• Educate patients on proper oral care and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and support the front office team as needed
• Create a welcoming environment that helps patients feel at ease

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or state licensure as required
• X-ray certification and experience with dental radiographs
• Previous experience in orthodontics is a plus, but we welcome passionate newcomers
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• A genuine love for helping patients smile with confidence

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and orthodontic procedures
• Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
