Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments, maintaining a hygienic environment
• Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Manage patient flow and ensure a welcoming clinic experience
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent training
• Current X-ray certification (required)
• Experience in orthodontics preferred
• CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in chairside assistance and dental procedures
• Knowledge of dental software (Denticon a plus)
• Strong attention to sterilization and infection control
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
