Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor patients and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients

Qualifications

• BLS Certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience
• Previous travel experience required
• Strong medical floor nursing skills
• Experience with EPIC documentation preferred
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (radius rule)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of patient care principles and safety protocols
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
