Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver gentle, thorough dental cleanings that leave patients smiling
• Assess oral health and document findings with precision
• Educate patients on brushing, flossing, and preventive care techniques
• Capture high-quality dental X-rays to support accurate diagnoses
• Collaborate with Dr. Gorski and the team to create a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

• Hold a current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
• CPR/BLS certification – let's keep it safe!
• Prior experience in a dental office is a plus, but a passion for patient care is a must
• Comfortable working evening hours and flexible with assignments

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in prophylactic procedures, scaling, and root planing
• Familiar with dental software and patient record management
• Excellent communicator who can make patients feel at ease
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to infection control
