Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, family-centered care to critically ill children in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage complex medical equipment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support and educate families during their child's critical illness journey
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (or compact state)
- Minimum 1 year of recent PICU experience preferred
- BLS and PALS certification required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in pediatric critical care nursing
- Proficiency with ventilators, IV pumps, and monitoring systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations
