Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and trauma PCU patients
Administer chemotherapy and manage complex medication drips including heparin and cardizem
Monitor ventilators and perform hemodynamic assessments to keep patients stable
Collaborate with an amazing multidisciplinary team including PT/OT, case managers, and educators
Float within similar units to support your fellow nurses and expand your skills
Champion hourly rounding and patient experience initiatives that truly make a difference

Qualifications

Active RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications
ONS/ONCC chemotherapy certification required
Minimum 1 year of PCU or oncology nursing experience
First-time travelers welcome with a passion for learning
Valid driver's license to confirm travel eligibility

Knowledge & Skills

Strong teamwork and genuine compassion for diverse patient populations
Comfort with EPIC charting and Alaris IV pumps
Willingness to learn ventilator management and advanced hemodynamic monitoring on the job
Flexibility to float to med/surg and PCU units as needed
