Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Interpret telemetry strips and sign documentation each shift to ensure patient safety
Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population including post-surgical, respiratory, and stroke recovery patients
Collaborate with remote monitor techs and the interdisciplinary team to deliver seamless care
Float to East Campus or PCU when qualified, expanding your clinical experience and impact
Support patients through recovery journeys with empathy and clinical excellence

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ability to read and interpret basic telemetry strips
Experience with general and orthopedic surgical patients preferred
Familiarity with Cerner documentation system recommended

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry interpretation and strip reading
Care for COVID, respiratory, GI, diabetic, TIA, and CVA patients
Post-general, orthopedic, and spinal surgical patient management
BIPAP, CPAP, and high-flow oxygen support
Cerner electronic health record navigation
