Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver meaningful physical therapy across a blend of inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate closely with nursing and therapy colleagues to coordinate excellent patient outcomes
Step up to precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Document care accurately and contribute to a positive, supportive unit culture

Qualifications

Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new graduates and seasoned clinicians who love variety

Knowledge & Skills

Comfort treating fractures, sports injuries, neuro cases, and basic wound care
Ability to manage a steady pace of about seven treatment hours per day
Strong communication skills to work seamlessly with the rehab team
Flexibility to rotate holidays with the rest of the staff
