Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during assigned shifts
Perform thorough assessments and document findings clearly in the patient record
Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate as appropriate
Support patients and families with education, empathy, and clear communication

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — state licensure required
Experience or interest in MST specialty work (Military Sexual Trauma or designated MST program)
Current BLS certification; ACLS and PALS a plus where applicable
Comfortable with EMR documentation and standard clinical workflows
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently on per-diem shifts

Education

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) — BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and acute care management
Medication administration and safe charting practices
Patient education and trauma-informed care principles
Interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination
Time management and prioritization in fast-paced settings
