Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to laboring mothers and their babies, monitoring fetal heart rates and intervening as needed
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure safe deliveries and positive outcomes
• Perform SVE competencies and assist with C-section circulations
• Utilize advanced equipment like Novii, JADA, and Fetal Pillow to enhance patient care
• Support patients through labor, delivery, and recovery with compassion and expertise

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license in Texas or compact state
• Minimum 2+ years of recent L&D nursing experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and intermediate fetal monitoring (EFM)
• SVE competency and C-section circulation experience required
• Preferred: Internal monitor placement competency, Level IV unit experience, previous HCA employment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE
• Skilled in SVE, C-section circulation, and internal monitor placement
• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude
