Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
• Document patient progress in the EPIC electronic medical records system
• Adapt your expertise to a new environment and make a meaningful impact on the Muskegon community

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Michigan (or ability to obtain one)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass health screenings and background checks as required by Trinity Health

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices
• Proficiency in EPIC documentation systems
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
