Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients in the Cardiovascular Lab
• Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Communicate continuously with physicians about patient condition and needs
• Assess and prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies for each case
• Assist with maintaining equipment and inventory to ensure readiness
• Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities

Qualifications

• Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License required
• Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications upon hire and maintained
• One year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care area required
• BSN preferred
• DCI/BVP certification desired
• Ability to provide compassionate care to adult and geriatric populations

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
