Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, every other weekend and holidays
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in a 30-bed ICU, including neuro and surgical ICU populations.
- Monitor and interpret invasive hemodynamic values (CO/CI/SVV/CVP/SvO2) to guide treatment decisions.
- Manage patients on mechanical ventilation, BiPAP/AVAPS, and various oxygen delivery methods.
- Administer and titrate vasoactive medications to maintain hemodynamic stability.
- Assist with bedside procedures including intubation, central line placement, chest tube insertion, and cardioversion.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care for stroke, cardiac, and post-surgical patients.
Qualifications
- Active RN license verified through Nursys.
- Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and DCI/BVP certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience (preferred).
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system.
- Experience with CRRT, CABG, stroke, and TNK therapy.
- Comfortable floating between ICU units as needed.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills in high-acuity settings.
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records.
- In-depth knowledge of invasive hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation.
- Skilled in ventilator management and weaning protocols.
- Understanding of neuro and cardiac surgical patient care.
- Ability to manage complex medication infusions and titrations.
