Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy assessments and evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient mobility, strength, and function
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve the best outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy (PT) license in Michigan
• Current BLS certification (AHA) prior to start date
• Degree in Physical Therapy - Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate
• Willingness to complete required competencies, health screenings, and drug testing

Education

• Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in physical therapy evaluation and treatment
• Strong patient communication and education skills
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic exercise
• Accurate documentation and care planning
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
