Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient vitals and responses to interventions
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation

Qualifications

• Current RN license validated through License/Certificate Verification
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• Completed COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination records
• Pass Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and background check
• Ability to meet all physical and health screening requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency and trauma nursing knowledge (TNCC/NIHSS)
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Clear communication with patients, families, and teams
• Proficient in electronic health record documentation
• Adaptable and calm in high-acuity situations
