Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients across all acuity levels
- Collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Monitor and respond swiftly to changing patient conditions using brand-new GE monitors and ultrasound technology
- Perform standard ER procedures with confidence and precision
- Document care accurately in Meditech while maintaining excellent patient-experience scores
- Support colleagues by floating to the FSER site when needed, broadening your skill set
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- TNCC and ENPC preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
- Comfortable working 4 weekend shifts per schedule period
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills in fast-paced ER settings
- Proficiency with Meditech documentation
- Ability to maintain 4:1 patient ratios while delivering outstanding care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to float between main ER and FSER location
