Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide immediate, compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Triage patients quickly and accurately based on acuity
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and specialists
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes with precision
• Support and educate patients and families during critical moments

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license required
• At least 2 years of Emergency Department experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC, ENPC, and NRP certifications required
• Strong ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in emergency nursing assessment and triage
• Knowledge of heart & vascular, neurological, trauma, and surgical emergencies
• Proficiency with emergency medications and life-saving equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced environments
• Critical thinking and rapid decision-making under pressure
