Shift Type: Days, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 4 x 9-hour shifts per week; weekend call one Saturday or Sunday every 6 weeks; night call 4-5 shifts per 6-week schedule

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care using the nursing process
• Provide patient and family education from admission through discharge
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely and accurately
• Document patient care thoroughly, concisely, and legibly
• Communicate changes in patient status to physicians and collaborate on care plans
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and other team members
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure equipment is ready for patient care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
• Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Previous PACU or critical care experience is a plus
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Education

• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Diploma in Nursing
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
