Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist pediatric dentists during a variety of procedures
• Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental exams
• Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Educate young patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Maintain accurate patient records and support office workflow

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or relevant certification preferred
• Experience in pediatric or family dentistry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with children and create a friendly atmosphere
• Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
• Proficiency with dental software and technology
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
