Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Float to X-ray to support diagnostic imaging needs
• Operate advanced GE and Siemens CT equipment with precision
• Maintain accurate patient records in the Cerner system
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and proper shielding techniques

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
• Current California Radiologic Technologist license with Fluoroscopy permit
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CT and X-ray imaging
• Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
• Multi-modality experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in CT and X-ray procedures
• Experience with GE 128 CT, Siemens 64 CT, GE and Siemens DR rooms, OEC C-arms, and Carestream Portables
• Knowledge of the Cerner charting system
• Understanding of radiation safety and patient positioning
• Flexibility to work across modalities and adapt quickly
