Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to patients
• Assess patients' oral health and report findings to the dentist
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to safety standards
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygiene license in the state of Wisconsin
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

• Associate degree in Dental Hygiene or graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
• Knowledge of dental radiography and safety protocols
• Familiarity with dental software and patient records
• Sound understanding of oral health and disease prevention
