Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver gentle, thorough dental cleanings that leave patients grinning
• Assess oral health and partner with the dentist to create treatment plans
• Take digital X-rays and prepare treatment rooms for seamless visits
• Educate patients on oral hygiene habits for long-term healthy smiles
• Keep the clinical space spotless and stocked following infection control standards
• Support the dentist during procedures and champion a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and a friendly chairside manner
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced dental practice

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of dental instruments and cleaning techniques
• Comfort with digital X-rays and dental practice software
• Sharp attention to detail and dedication to infection prevention
• A talent for making patients feel relaxed and informed
