Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients with a gentle touch
• Conduct thorough cleanings and oral health assessments
• Capture and evaluate dental X-rays
• Educate patients on maintaining a bright, healthy smile
• Partner with the dentist to deliver top-notch treatment
• Uphold the highest standards of sterilization and safety

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR certification
• A degree in dental hygiene (Associate or Bachelor's)
• Great clinical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and a warm chairside manner
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental practice

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental anatomy and oral hygiene
• Comfortable with digital X-rays and dental practice software
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization best practices
• Strong patient education and motivational interviewing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
