Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and thorough dental hygiene care to every patient
• Conduct patient assessments and create tailored oral health plans
• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy habits
• Perform cleanings, x-rays, and apply fluoride or sealants
• Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Collaborate with dentists and staff to ensure a stellar patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
• A warm, professional demeanor with patients and teammates
• New graduates welcome to apply!

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with dental instruments and radiography (x-rays)
• Strong communication skills for patient education
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
