Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to elderly residents
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes in condition
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote well-being
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

• Active GNA certification in the state of Maryland
• Current CPR certification
• Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred
• Must have completed COVID-19 vaccination or hold an approved exemption
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Knowledge of geriatric care best practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for documentation
