Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing to nursing staff
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Assist with meals and feeding, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and uphold infection control standards
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is a plus
• Ability to work a night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient care skills and empathy
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and vital signs monitoring
• Teamwork and collaboration with nurses and other staff
