Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a per diem capacity
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document patient health status
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying unit needs
• Previous experience in acute care or similar setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols
• Skilled in using electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management and prioritization skills
