Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and scaling to maintain patient oral health
• Capture and develop dental X-rays to aid in accurate diagnosis
• Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Administer local anesthesia and apply fluoride treatments as needed
• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth and efficient patient care
• Maintain detailed patient records and update medical histories with precision
• Sterilize instruments and uphold strict infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Strong clinical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and patient-care rapport
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental anatomy and periodontal disease
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
• Skill in interpreting X-rays and identifying oral health concerns
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
