Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during examinations and adjustments
• Prepare and educate patients for orthodontic procedures
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision
• Sterilize and organize instruments for each procedure
• Maintain accurate patient records using Denticon software
• Provide exceptional patient care and comfort

Qualifications

• Current orthodontic assistant certification
• Experience in orthodontic assisting
• Proficiency with Denticon or similar dental software
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic equipment and techniques
• Skill in patient interaction and comfort
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Denticon)
• Understanding of sterilization and infection control protocols
