Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions with keen attention to detail
• Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for optimal outcomes
• Document patient progress accurately and comprehensively
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and changes in patient status

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in California
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Previous Med-Surg/Telemetry experience is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Telemetry interpretation
• EMR documentation
• Compassionate and patient-centered care
• Effective communication with patients, families, and staff
