Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care
• Perform rapid assessments and triage to prioritize patient needs
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and document care promptly
• Provide education and support to patients and families during stressful times

Qualifications

• Current California RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred
• Experience in emergency nursing or acute care is a plus
• Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of emergency nursing protocols and procedures
• Strong patient assessment and triage skills
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
