Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, top-notch nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
• Monitor and assess patient status, adjusting care plans on the fly
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to drive positive outcomes
• Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions with precision
• Educate and empower patients and families through challenging moments
• Document everything accurately so the team stays in sync

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 1 year of ICU experience (preferred)
• Critical care certification (CCRN) is a plus
• Sharp assessment and critical thinking skills to handle anything

Knowledge & Skills

• Comfortable interpreting cardiac rhythms and hemodynamics
• Experience with ventilators and critical care equipment
• Excellent communication and team collaboration
• Stays calm and effective under pressure
• Proficient with electronic health records (EHR)
