Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients
• Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and meals
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and transferring patients
• Comfort working 12-hour night shifts
• A compassionate, patient-centered attitude and strong communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles
• Skill in taking and recording vital signs
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Ability to use patient care equipment safely
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and careful documentation practices
