Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in behavioral health settings
• Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire (or compact state)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of psychiatric assessment and intervention techniques
• Ability to manage crisis situations with calm and professionalism
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Team collaboration and patient advocacy skills
