Shift Type: Per diem / as-needed (days vary), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care on assigned shifts
Administer medications and treatments safely and document appropriately
Perform accurate patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team
Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to coordinate patient care
Maintain clear, timely documentation in the patient record
Support admissions, discharges, and transitions of care with professionalism

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification recommended
Demonstrated ability to provide safe, effective patient care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working per diem/variable schedules

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN or RN)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and care planning
Medication administration and safety practices
Basic EMR documentation and charting
Infection control and standard precautions
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
