Radiology Technologist - Per Diem
Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Start Date: 07-17-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: As needed shifts, days and times vary
Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic radiologic procedures on pediatric patients
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging exams
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment according to protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to obtain optimal images
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography
- Active Missouri state license as a Radiologic Technologist
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Pediatric imaging experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in radiographic positioning and techniques
- Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills with patients and families
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and PACS systems
