Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and X-ray exams to assist in diagnosing patients' conditions
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Operate advanced imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging results
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (ARRT-R)
• Florida State License as a Radiologic Technologist or ability to obtain
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification (within 30 days of start)
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CT and X-ray imaging
• Proficiency with Meditech and Centricity systems

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of CT and X-ray imaging techniques
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (Meditech) and PACS (Centricity)
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Attention to detail for producing accurate images
