Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with patient procedures, ensuring comfort and efficiency
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments for each appointment
• Take and process dental X-rays with care and precision
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and oral hygiene practices
• Maintain accurate patient records using Denticon software
• Deliver exceptional patient support and reassurance throughout visits

Qualifications

• Must hold current orthodontic certification
• Prior experience in an orthodontic setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of orthodontic instruments and procedures
• Familiarity with Denticon office software is a plus
• Excellent priority-setting and organizational abilities
• Patient care and customer service mindset that puts people first
• Team player who can also work independently as needed
