Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including cleanings and fluoride treatments
• Take and develop dental x-rays to support accurate diagnoses
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide personalized home care tips
• Document patient care thoroughly in the dental records system
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and treatment areas
• Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure top-notch patient experiences

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with dental practice management software
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
• Proficiency in taking digital and traditional x-rays
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Time management and organization in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to infection control and safety standards
